  • Elaine Alexander
    member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma

    Elaine Alexander brings 35 years of nursing expertise, specializing in tribal health systems and Native American communities. Currently a senior nurse consultant at Tribalhealth LLC and Legal Nurse Consultant for SGI Global LLC, Elaine’s leadership spans urban Indian health care systems and the Indian Health Service. Her journey began with degrees from Connors State College and the University of Phoenix, later earning a master’s in health administration and education. Elaine’s commitment extends to volunteer work at Zion City Care and founding the thriving Bed Basket Food Pantry. With unwavering dedication, Elaine Alexander continues to shape and uplift healthcare access for Native American populations.

    Nicole Vienneau
    a board certification in Integrative Nurse Coaching™ and is Lecture Faculty with the Integrative Nurse Coach™ Academy

    Nicole Vienneau, MSN, RN, NC-BC achieved a master’s in nursing science from the University of Arizona, a board certification in Integrative Nurse Coaching™ and is Lecture Faculty with the Integrative Nurse Coach™ Academy.
    Nurse Coach Nicole combines 20+ years of Nursing with 30+ years of lifestyle medicine as the Founder of Blue Monarch Health, PLLC and Restoration Room, PLLC where she is devoted to Nurse Wellbeing, and mid-life women’s wellness. As a board-certified Integrative Nurse Coach, a Menopause Fitness Specialist, Functional Aging Specialist, yoga teacher, Reiki and sound healing practitioner, group fitness instructor and retired Reebok sponsored Fitness Athlete, she creates unique, holistic programming to help Nurses and healthcare workers mitigate and heal from burnout and restore their joy and passion for Nursing!
    When she’s not coaching Nurses or hosting the Integrative Nurse Coaches in ACTION! Podcast, you can find her volunteering with the Alzheimer’s Association, TMC for Seniors, and the Tucson Nurses Week Foundation. She loves lounging in the sun with her cat babies or hiking with her awesome husband.

    Vida combines 40 plus years of healthcare experience in underserved and underfunded ncommunities as the Founder & Managing Director of Native American Healthcare Solutions and President of Native Arc, LLC, where she is devoted to holding space by hosting retreats for Nurses to reflect, feel restored, and re-energized learning self-care modalities that are rooted in science.

    As an expert in women’s workplace dynamics, organizational transitions, and visionary leadership, Vida has addressed conferences, associations, and government agencies across the country and Germany. Being a successful Navajo woman, she naturally combines the wisdom of her native roots with her vast leadership experience. She holds a master’s degree in health services administration, Bachelor of Science Nursing, and certification as an Art Therapy Practitioner.

    As President of NativeArc, she is dedicated to supporting our values that quality healthcare for all is a basic human right and uncompromised patient health outcomes. Our focus is exclusively on providing the best healthcare to the most underserved by recruiting and retaining highly skilled and socially committed providers.

  • Virginia Watahomigie
    Owner of Life-Envisioned LLC

    Virginia Watahomigie, has worked in the child welfare, behavioral health, and prevention fields for two decades with expertise in trauma-informed and resiliency building systems, crisis de-escalation, leadership strategies, human stress, regulation, and behavior management. She is the executive director of a Northern Arizona non-profit organization, the owner of Life-Envisioned LLC, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and a master’s degree in administration/ leadership from Northern Arizona University. In addition to her current non-profit work leading system change and healing at the community level, her background includes work in a children’s residential treatment center and directing foster care, therapeutic foster care and ICPC (interstate compact) programs across five Southern AZ counties.
